As the month is coming to an end I begin to think of ways I can improve my everyday habits. For instance a few months ago I set out to reach a goal of 10,000 steps a day. Keeping track at the end of each day then averaging my week. I made a goal to improve by 1,000 more steps than the week before. By the end of the month I can say I was walking 10,000 steps a day and still try to average that most days.
Now I have to look at my habits and figure out what small change I will do for September...
